We're pleased to announce a January pop-up at the Old Sugar Distillery. A ticket gets you in the door as well as three cocktails created by UFC's Hastings Cameron using the Old Sugar Distillery's Queen Jennie Sorghum Whiskey. You'll also nosh on a generous selection of sausages, vegetarian fare, delicious sides, and dessert from the crew at Underground Food Collective.
We're also offering up two pricing tiers. General Admission and a Service Industry Special. Choose wisely and be real. Awesome.

The Underground Food Collective
The Underground Food Collective is a cooking collective based in Madison, WI. We have a catering company, Underground Catering, an artisan salami business, Underground Meats, and our currently planning our second restaurant (we lost our first, the Underground Kitchen, in a fire in June 2011). We cook as a collective, which means we don't have a head chef or owner. Rather, we work together, drawing on our diverse set of experiences, training, and talents to produce food that's better than any one of us could do alone.
